THE APPRAISAL PROCESS

Initial Discussion - generally, in one telephone discussion with Robin the intended use of the Appraisal Report and scope of work of the assignment is defined

Letter of Agreement - Robin confirms her understanding of the assignment with a letter of agreement, the Client signs the agreement to acknowledge they wish her to proceed

Property Inspection - Robin personally inspects the property to identify, photograph and record property description including condition; the Client provides relevant information and pays a non-refundable retainer at time of the inspection

Research and Analysis - once approach to value is defined, Robin conducts the necessary research and analyzes the collected data to conclude value

Appraisal Report - Robin then writes and delivers two copies of the Appraisal Report to the Client with the final invoice; the assignment concludes upon receipt of final payment
